The firm's probate practice includes estate planning, wills and trusts, the probate of testate and intestate estates, guardianships, conservatorships, powers of attorney and other matters relating to the care and administration of persons and their estates.

You will be assigned an attorney and paralegal, who will be working on your file, and will be given their names and voicemail extensions. Generally, we like to speak with our clients at least every month to six weeks but you should always feel free to contact them on a periodic basis regarding the status of your case.

We will forward you copies of all pertinent correspondence and documentation as developments arise concerning your case. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact this office, should you have any questions or require any information. The firm is very experienced in estate related matters.
